STRENGTHENING offerings on its localised Internet portal is one of the immediate objectives of Leon Tan, the newly-appointed country director of Lycos Asia (M) Sdn Bhd.

He said the company, which is part of the Lycos Asia regional set- up, aims to make every visit to Lycos Malaysia's Web site rewarding and something users would look forward to. This will be complemented by efforts to its user-centric focus by paying more attention to users' expectations, and Lycos Malaysia intends to deliver the content and services they want.
