KOTA KINABALU, Fri. - All women below 35 applying to join Umno will be given a choice to either join Puteri Umno or the Wanita movement.
Besides this, the selection of Puteri Umno head and its exco members will be made through an election process while the movement's head will automatically be a member of the Supreme Council by virtue of the post.
Puteri Umno members who have reached 35, will automatically be absorbed into Wanita Umno.
