Q: I AM in my early 20s and suffer from bad breath. I tried chewing gum and yoghurt but they don't help. Also, my lips sometimes get dry and crack.
A: THERE are many causes of bad breath. Poor digestive system, sinus problems, poor teeth, mouth infections and lung diseases are the main ones. If you have sinusitis, that can be a contributing factor to bad breath.
If this is the case, taking a horseradish and garlic supplement can be beneficial. These will help dry up the sinuses and get rid of the mucus which causes infection and offensive odour.
