AUTOWAYS Holdings Bhd has proposed a RM72 million acquisition of Selayang Budi Sdn Bhd as part of the restructuring exercise to rebuild itself, a move that will see the latter becoming its new major shareholder.
Pursuant to a memorandum of understanding for the purchase signed on Monday, Selayang Budi would first buy several companies, Autoways said in a statement yesterday.
They are S.G.G. Industries Sdn Bhd, S.G.G. Furniture Marketing Sdn Bhd, Global Chairs System Marketing Sdn Bhd, American Home Furnishing Sdn Bhd and MP-Metal Furnishing and Design Sdn ...
