KUALA Lumpur City Hall's newly appointed director-general Ruslin Hasan, who assumed the position on Wednesday, will concentrate on rectifying the negative public perception of City Hall.
He said he had conducted a public opinion survey on City Hall and found that the public wanted City Hall to be more transparent in its decision- making process.
He said the public felt that City Hall was also not efficient in approving projects or licences.
