Open day helps solve education grouses

KUALA LUMPUR, Sat. - About 78 per cent of education-related problems raised during the Education Ministry's `A Day With The Customers' were solved within a day, Deputy Minister Datuk Abdul Aziz Samsuddin said today.
He said 238 of 305 cases in November were solved by day's end while the remaining 67 cases were still being investigated.
"That's the purpose of having this open day," he added.
The Ministry's open day is held on the second Saturday of each month at Block J of the Ministry's office in Pusat Bandar Damansara, from 9am to noon.
