THANK you for answering all my queries. I have a cheese cake recipe which I have obtained from a friend. But she didn't give me the recipe for the cake base, which is a soft sponge cake. Can you also tell me the temperature and give me the recipe for the sponge cake?
The recipe below is for the cheese-based filling:
550g cheese cream
150g icing sugar
50g custard powder
150g fresh cream
3 large egg yolks
Beaten in speed
3 large egg whites
