GRAND Continental in Malacca is just a three-star hotel but it certainly is giving other hotels in the State a run for their money. Despite the supposed slow times, Grand Continental has seen business go up 10 per cent.
"We were truly suprised but nevertheless happy. This is a good sign because it shows people have faith in us," says hotel manager Christopher Koh.
The hotel also enjoys repeat customers, mostly businessmen and Government servants in town for meetings.
