IT marks a pioneering effort by Creative Labs. The company has unveiled its first external Sound Blaster Extigy which is encased in a sleek black design.

The Sound Blaster Extigy is able to deliver a stunning 24- bit, 96 kilohertz (kHz) multi-channel audio playback and 100-decibel signal to noise ratio. It enhances audio digital music, digital versatile disc (DVD) movies and games from an easy-to-use compact external device that connects to the notebook or desktop computer via the universal serial bus (USB) port.
