SEKOLAH Menengah King Edward V11 emerged the Larut Matang and Selama district under-18 rugby champions when they steamrolled past their four rivals by huge margins.

The kingpins thrashed SM Teknik 89-0 in their final league match yesterday and plan to snatch back the Perak schools title.
The school, well-known for its rugby prowess, earlier outplayed MRSM Taiping 88-0, SK Simpang-60-0 and SM Tengku Menteri 57-0 to capture the trophy donated by former Bukit Gantang parliament member Datuk Dr Abdullah Fadzil Che Wan.

SM Teknik, emerged runners-up in the league.
