I ONLY managed a quickie at the Dead Sea, but that was really all I needed.
Ten minutes in the healing waters, and my feet - recently traumatised by a gargantuan amount of exercise - felt ready for battle.
It had been a very long, hot and tiring day. We'd been up a mountain, down a valley, by a river and now, finally, we were ready for a nice, soothing, healing dip.
