Three Nigerians seek to revise decision of Federal Court

KUALA LUMPUR, Thurs. - Three Nigerians sentenced to death for dadah trafficking about 12 years ago are seeking to revise the decision of the Federal Court in affirming their penalty.
The motion by technician Johnson Oshodi, civil servant Tunde Apatira, and businessman Oladotun Lukmanu Umaru was filed by Karpal Singh and Co at the Federal Court registry today.
In a supporting affidavit, their counsel Karpal Singh said rule 137 of the Rules of the Federal Court 1995 gave the Federal Court the right to hear the motion "to prevent injustice".
