SEREMBAN, Fri. - A forensic pathologist told the High Court today that a spare parts shop assistant, who encountered his assailant face- to-face, died from a gunshot wound on the anterior of his neck.

Seremban Hospital pathologist Dr Sharifah Safoorah Syed Alwee Al- Idrus testified before Judge Datuk Hashim Yusoff that there were marginal burn marks around the wound which measured 0.8cm long and 0.2cm wide.
