KUALA LUMPUR, Mon. - A Thai businessman has taken the unusual step of applying to the Federal Court to set aside its own judgment delivered in 2000 because it was manifestly unjust.

Kobchai Sosothikul claimed that his mother was left without remedy after her land was sold through forged documents because the Federal Court had ruled that the buyer had obtained a good title, even if there was forgery.
