Can you correct my recipe for Steamed Rainbow Layered Cake?
A: HERE'S a simple Swiss roll recipe using pandan paste. It is delicious spread with your favourite jam, whipped cream or kaya.
You can follow the recipe for the Rainbow Layered Cake and steam it in a 30cm diameter round cake tin over rapid boiling water. Each layer will take about 5-6 minutes to cook.
