KUALA LUMPUR, Mon. - Only a small fraction of child sexual abuse cases is reported to the authorities, Madeleine Yong, a director of the Malaysian Coalition for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, said yesterday. Stressing the importance of ensuring youngsters were made aware of the social menace, she said, teenagers should be involved in the prevention of such cases.
