Q: WHAT'S the secret to keeping chocolate chip cookies hard in Malaysia? My chocolate chip cookies taste marvellous but they get soft after a few minutes in the open. I noticed Famous Amos's cookies do not get soft even though they are not kept in air-tight containers. Is there something that I have not added to my cookies? The cookies are left for about 10 minutes (to cool on a tray) before they are kept in airtight containers after baking.
