The Chicago Cubs could afford to joke around. Such is life for a postseason darling. Especially when this postseason holds the ultimate possibility for baseball romantics: Red Sox vs. Cubs in the World Series.

"I can see it now," Chicago third-string catcher Josh Paul said Monday. "It's Game 7, the game is tied and we go 28 innings. They just stop it and say, 'You're both champs.'"
