Armed Services Committee US Air Force Academy Sexual Assault Review 30
September 2003 Submitted for the Record Mr. Chairman, Senator Levin, members
of the Committee. Let me begin today by thanking the committee for inviting
General Jumper, Ms. Walker and myself to update you on our actions regarding
the Air Force Academy, as well as to provide you with some context for
evaluating our approach to these problems and the decisions we have made.
