LIEBERMAN: Dear friends, seriously, we meet at a very important
moment for Democrats.
And for Republicans, well, I guess you could say it's a time of
challenge and change for them, isn't it? You remember when they used to
be the party of Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower and
Ronald Reagan? Today, they're the party of Rush Limbaugh and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
