Article: For Rent Magazine launches a new Spanish counterpart

For Rent Magazine, a nationally distributed trade publication, launched its
new Spanish-language counterpart, Apartamentos Para Rentar, Thursday at a
luncheon for local advertising clients at Mamacita's Mexican Restaurant.

This alternative publication, already available in nine other markets
including Houston, Dallas, and Los Angeles, California represents a growing
number of Hispanics demanding a publication catering to their native
language. After four-months in the planning phase, San Antonio becomes the
newest member of a marketing trend gathering favorable results.
