Q: THANK you for sharing your recipes with us on Saturdays. I have enjoyed trying out some of them. They turned out well. Could you please give me the recipe for making a cheesecake that I like? It is oval in shape and light. It is steamed and baked.
I would like to know why the pastry or skin of my mooncake which I bake always has "white spots" on it. I spray it with water first before baking for it for five minutes. Then I take it out and brush with egg yolk mixed with a little water. Then I bake it again for 10 ...
