It's time now for our weekly Thursday look at media matters with DAY TO DAY's Mike Pesca. You know KFC? A few years ago, it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, but the name was changed in an effort to lose the stigma associated with fried food. Well, the company has redoubled its effort with a new ad campaign.
