Article: USA Track & Field submits reform report to USOC

USA Track & Field submitted a 23-page report to the U.S. Olympic Committee on Wednesday outlining how it intends to eliminate doping in the sport and curtail athlete conduct issues.

Details of the report were not released. A seven-person advisory panel for track & field will review the documents and forward comments to the USOC's executive committee, which will determine an appropriate action.
