Wednesday, November 26, 2003 -- Tuesday's election for the World Likud Executive was delayed Monday by an injunction from Jerusalem District Court Judge Boaz Okun, who cited grave wrongdoing in preparing for the event.

Okun ruled in favor of a petition from French delegate Alex Moise, who was not invited to vote in the election. Moise accused World Likud chairman Jacques Kupfer of inviting only his own allies to vote, in order to aid his chances of getting reelected.
