The Great Passion Play rehearsal. In this small town, the life of Christ is played 8 months a year. Every night app. 4000 spectators come to see the show. The cast consists of app. 200 volunteer actors who live in the town and have their normal jobs during the day, at night they play the life of Jesus. Their is a reserve Jesus actor in case the first one gets ill. The city of Jerusalem was partly reconstructed and serves as a decor, their is also a Bible land and a 40 meter high Christ statue (Christ of the Ozark's).
