Stress and our health, do they have a connection? Yes,they do and it is
amazing what stress can do to our human bodies. What is stress? Stress is
defined as "constraining force or influence as a force exerted on one's
body; strain; or pressure, as defined in Webster's Ninth New Collegiate
Dictionary/A Merriam-Webster. What is health? Health is defined as "the
condition of being sound in body, mind or spirit esp, freedom from physical
disease or pain or the general condition of body." This definition is found
in the same dictionary.
