Yanjing Makes Inroads into Southern China Market

BEIJING, Dec 05, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Beijing Yanjing Brewery Co., Ltd. (BYBC 000729,125729) announced that the company would set up the Southern China Business Department, Changsha Southern China Yanjing Beer Sales Co., Ltd. and Yanjing Brewery (Changsha) Co., Ltd..

BTBC revealed that the company's focus would move from externalmerger and acquisition to the internal reshuffle of subsidiaries around Mainland China.
