NEW YORK, Dec 14, 2003 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Plastic surgery is becoming a popular holiday gift for the American who may have everything -- except large breasts, a flat tummy or a little button nose.

Dr. Steven Greenberg, a New York City plastic surgeon, told the New York Post Sunday many people are turning toward "giving the gift of beauty."
