If there's a political litmus test for a spoiler in next year's presidential election, it likely won't be green. Ralph Nader, who ran under the Green Party banner in 2000, says he will not do so again _ although he has not ruled out running for president as an independent.

Nader, whom some Democrats blame for pulling decisive votes away from Al Gore, told Green Party officials Monday that he did not want their nomination.
