Thursday, January 1, 2004 -- Arazim buys $82m. London property
Arazim Investments said Wednesday that a fully-owned subsidiary agreed to buy a large office building in London for $82 million.
The building takes up 10,570 square meters of space, and includes 73 parking spots, Arazim disclosed. The offices are rented out to a publicly-traded company listed on a European exchange at a market capitalization of $3.3 billion. Yearly rent for the building is some $5.7m.
