ABOUT FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR HOME HEATING COSTS Washington, DC - Senator
Clinton was joined today by leaders from several of New York's preeminent
service organizations to raise awareness of the Low Income Home Energy
Assistance Program (LIHEAP). A vitally important state grant program through
which the federal government provides funding to assist low-income residents
in paying high heating bills. At the press conference, Senator Clinton
