SHARES of EPE Power Corp Bhd will be suspended from trading with
effect from February 9 to facilitate its capital reduction. This involves
the cancellation of 50 sen of the par value of each of the existing 12
million shares of RM1 each and the subsequent consolidation of every two
resultant shares of 50 sen each into one share of RM1 each, the company
said in an announcement yesterday.
