HUME: Departing U.S. chief weapons hunter, David Kay says he believes a lack of human intelligence in Iraq led analysts to overestimate the amount of weapons of mass destruction that Saddam Hussein may have possessed. But Kay says there was no political agenda driving that intelligence.
