MAS urged to increase direct flights to Nepal

KUALA LUMPUR, Sun. - Nepal tourism operators have urged Malaysia Airlines to provide direct flights between Kuala Lumpur and Kathmandu to cater to the growing number of tourists from both countries.
There are insufficient seats in direct flights provided by Royal Nepal Airlines and Qatar Airways, said Prabin Bahadur Panday, chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association, Nepal Chapter.
"The six flights a week from Kuala Lumpur to Kathmandu are insufficient," he said.
