Memo: SEBAGO LAKE AT A GLANCE The special fishing regulations for Sebago Lake changed this winter. Ice fishermen now may use five lines rather than two. Other regulations on Sebago Lake include: A daily bag limit of six togue with a minimum length limit of 14 inches and only one exceeding 23 inches.
