Carrying a concealed weapon is legal almost everywhere in this country under certain conditions. You must have a valid permit issued by law enforcement. You have to pass a background check. But the restrictions are not uniform. As such, it is much easier then to obtain and carry a concealed weapon in some states than it is in others. And now for the first time in more than a century, and after a dozen years, a contentious debate in Missouri has become the latest state to legalize this ...
