Q: I AM a woman in the mid-40s. I had fibroids removed two years ago and doctors have recently confirmed their recurrence. My two sisters have had operations to remove their fibroids. Are there any supplements that I can take to improve the situation? Please tell me more about the antioxidant nutrients.
