CNAH to Control SAG and SAC

JINAN, Mar 03, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China National Aviation Holdings Company (CNAH) will be the largest shareholder of Shandong Airlines Group and hold 22.8 shares in Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd. (SAC, 200152).

Shandong Economic Development and Investment Company (SEDIC), the largest shareholder of Shandong Airlines Group (SAG), will transfer 42 shares in the group to CNAH at cumulative CNY 290 million (USD 1 = CNY 8.2770).
