House Appropriations Committee Subcommittee on Military Construction March
3, 2004 Introduction Mr. Chairman and members of the committee, good morning.
I appreciate the opportunity to appear before you and discuss the Air Force's
Housing Privatization program. Our program has made great advances over
the last few years as we strive to provide our airmen and their families
new and renovated homes. The rewards of our efforts are reflected in the
excellent comments we receive from the residents and the improvements in
housing that we are seeing across our Air Force as more houses ...
