Alternate traffic route for concerts?

The operator of The Amphitheater at Clark County wants to clear its parking lots more quickly after concerts by directing traffic onto back roads, a proposal that has some neighbors fuming.
The amphitheater's permit restricts traffic to one route: east on 179th Street to Interstate 5.
Quincunx proposes also routing traffic from the amphitheater, which is located near the Clark County Fairgrounds and I-5, west on 179th Street to weave down to the 134th Street ramp onto the freeway.
