on Senate Governmental Affairs March 11, 2004 I appreciate the opportunity
to provide you with UPS`s views regarding reform of the United States Postal
Service. I want to state clearly at the outset that UPS strongly supports
efforts to make the Postal Service an efficient, financially sound and
self- supporting part of the American landscape. The highly competitive
and efficient transportation and delivery services sector plays a critical
