JNMC and FXR Sign Large Concentrate Supply Contract

JINCHANG, Mar 15, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Gansu Jinchuan Non-Ferrous MetalCorporation (JNMC), the largest producer of nickel metal in China, has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Australian Fox Resource Limited (ASX Code: FXR) to buy nickel and copper concentrates from the latter.

According to the contract, FXR will supply nickel and copper concentrates to JNMC from June 2004 and overall shipments should reach 35,000 tons of nickel and copper concentrate in the first 12 months of the cooperation worth AUD 40 million (USD 1 = AUD 1.3482) at the current metal prices.
