Qld: Bashed teenager still seriously ill
BRISBANE, March 15 AAP - A teenager bashed with bottles and fence palings outside a
birthday party more than a week ago remains seriously ill in a Brisbane hospital.
Nathan Grindlay, 18, was attacked by gatecrashers early on Sunday, March 7, at a hall
in Rockhampton in central Queensland.
He was attacked after three or four gatecrashers had been evicted from the party, police said.
They later returned with some friends and attacked Nathan as he stood outside the hall
at around 12.30am.
