Environment Committee on Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland
Security March 30, 2004 Madam Chairman and distinguished members of the
committee, the strength and flexibility of airpower and our joint warfighting
success in the Global War on Terrorism is directly enabled by three interdependent
factors; outstanding men and women in uniform, superior weapons platforms,
