WASHINGTON, Mar 31, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Enjoy that raw milk cheese you may be eating. It could be your last.

Although America's artisan cheese makers believe they have won the fight for the right to produce raw milk cheeses, they could be wrong.

Raw milk cheese in the United Sates -- as opposed to in Europe where they are sold as young as desired -- by law must be aged more than 60 days in an effort to control potentially harmful bacteria.
