(Kansas State Collegian) (U-WIRE) MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Despite its bad reputation as a conservative-only state, Kansas maintained a rational stance for years on at least one issue -- concealed weapons.

Our commitment against concealed weapons has been shared in recent years by only three states: Illinois, Nebraska and Wisconsin. However, the recently approved Personal and Family Protection Act could change all that.
