KUALA LUMPUR, Sun. - DAP chairman Lim Kit Siang, who made a comeback after winning the Ipoh Timor parliamentary constituency, is set to become Opposition Leader in Parliament.

The 63-year-old founding member of DAP has been endorsed by the party as the new Opposition Leader and the decision is unlikely to be contested by other Opposition MPs.
Pas and Parti Keadilan Nasional have fewer representatives than the DAP in the House and by convention, the Opposition Leader comes from the party with the most number of seats.
