HIV did not come from polio vaccines
TUCSON, Apr 21, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- A University of Arizona research team saya it has determined HIV and AIDS did not come from an oral polio vaccine contaminated with the chimpanzee virus.
The belief that polio vaccines can spread AIDS has damaged the World Health Organization's campaign to end polio. Nigeria, in which several states recently banned use of the vaccine, now has the highest number of polio cases in the world
