Judge asked to restrict Skilling
HOUSTON, Apr 22, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Federal prosecutors in Texas are seeking further restrictions on former Enron chief executive officer Jeff Skilling while he is awaiting trial.
Skilling allegedly violated terms of his $5 million bond in New York City this month when he became intoxicated in a bizarre incident at a restaurant, according to a government motion quoted Thursday by the Houston Chronicle.
